Viki Snyder was born in Germany and has been a resident of Hawaii since 1964.

In her earlier years, Viki studied in “San Miegel Allende Art Institute and had a number of private tutors.

Viki’s use of colors, her vibrant “impressionistic” style and her feel of the islands is a very obvious quality of her work.  Very seldom does one find an artistic talent that so captures the surroundings  of their work.

Her paintings have been in demand by numerous collectors in the U.S. and Europe; among them are the State Foundation for Culture and Arts, several financial institutions both in Hawaii and on the Mainland and the Estate of Mr. Vincent Price among others.

She was also named as one of the 10 best female artists in Hawaii.  As well as exhibited in many one-woman shows in Hawaii, Viki has also had numerous exhibits and commissions on the mainland.

Viki Snyder’s paintings have become very rare over the last few years and are very difficult to obtain as she is no longer living in Hawaii.

We are very pleased to offer the very sought after works of Viki Snyder and know you will enjoy her very unique “feel” of the islands.
